Do you enjoy experimenting with science? Enter a project or invention that you’ve created into one of the many science competitions for students. There are local, regional, national, and international contests for girls of all ages. High School

First Step to Nobel Prize in Physics

Intel International Science and Engineering Fair
The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair is the world's largest pre-college celebration of science. Students compete for scholarships, tuition grants, internships, scientific field trips and the grand prize: a trip to attend the Nobel Prize Ceremonies in Stockholm, Sweden.

Intel Science Talent Search
The Intel Science Talent Search is America's oldest and most highly regarded pre-college science competition. U.S. high school seniors complete an original research project and then have it recognized by a national jury of highly regarded professional scientists.

SciEduNet – Science Fairs and Competitions for High School Students
At the high school level, it is common for science fairs or competitions to be of regional scope. New York City students can participate in the New York City Science and Engineering Fair. Several national competitions are also available.
